Overpriced for a fair experience

Location and nice lobby and pool

Water from shower spread through the bathroom each time we took a shower. No room service when paying almost $500 per night. Breakfast place was a disaster. There was no table service.

Location

One elevator has been down forever. The poolside restaurant closes too early, and the poolside bar's drinks prices are extremely high. The prices were a lot less money, anywhere up or down the strip. It's no wonder the in-house restaurant and bar were completely empty.

For the short time we were here it fit our needs for our girlfriend getaway. Weather was perfect and had 2 pools with a

Closeness to the restaurants and OSJ. Room was fairly large (even larger bathroom) to accommodate 4 guests. Service was slow. Concierge was extremely helpful. Swim up bar at the pool. Although no mint for 2 days so we couldn’t enjoy mojitos!

It was dated. The ocean view balcony room we booked had the seal broken in the glass so it was “frosted” and not so much of a view.

Good value, but if you can spend a little more go for Isla Verde or Escambron beach areas

It was nice to have a small beach and inlet that was safe for swimming. Bring water shoes though because there are a lot of sharp shell fragments. The pool is nice and there is a swim up bar. We also liked the hot tub and separate salt water pool and water slide. Room was nice and the beds were very comfortable.

There is no poolside service unless you go to the bar. The food options and the hours of the lunch service are minimal. There is an indoor restaurant with longer hours but it’s expensive for what it is and it takes time out of the day. There are only three 2 options on site, other than snacks from the gift shop. There are lots of options with 5-10 minute Uber ride or 10 minute walk, which is not a big deal unless you have kids who are tired by end of day.

Property is dated but expensive!

The location is great, and I love that they have a little slice of beach, albeit a public beach and right near a busy road. it was OK for a day. I liked that they had a breakfast place in the building with a lot of good offerings.

The property is a little dated for the price. Breakfast was good but expensive. I truly didn’t appreciate that, as a hotel guest, I was entitled to 10% off and I only learned about that at checkout. I showed my receipt and they were not willing to refund me the 10% that I was entitled to. Bfast also was expensive. I will not stay here again.

All in all had a great trip. Room could be a little cleaner and check in should have given more info

Outside area was very nice and clean. Beautiful sight but not a great beach area

Counters and desk were not clean in our room and our kids room. Built on head board dusty. Side lights on king bed did not work. No microwave in room or on sight. Did not receive any information at check in regarding towels, pool hours, restaurants on sight or check out time.

Tired property, not worth what we paid.

Good location. Comfortable bed.

Hotel is badly in need of it's planned renovation. Ocean side facade is crumbling, all the metal is rusting, sofa in our room was dirty, carpets are grubby, outside furniture covered in cigarette burns. Not what we expected from a Hilton, especially since we still paid Hilton prices.
